Pulse Start Metal Halides vs T5 Highbay

I'm looking to design and build an efficient high bay solution for a warehouse and I've heard a lot from the sales guys about the benefits of pulse-start metal halides but also about the benefits of fluorescnt highbay lighting. What should I be considering to get the best solution? Other ideas?
